📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Support the recruitment team in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
