📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for the role.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure a steady flow of applications.,Provide support in the development and implementation of employee referral programs.,Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data to improve our recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
