📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the food manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes using tools such as ERP systems and production management software.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the workforce by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards is highly desirable.
