📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports for management review.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.,Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.,Assist in the organization of financial meetings and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
