📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Manage and mentor a team of nurses, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions for patient care.
• Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Represent the nursing department in hospital committees and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Medis or similar.
