📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain a high volume of client inquiries and appointments
- Provide expert advice on property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales transactions with clients
- Prepare and present detailed property reports and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote properties
- Stay updated on local and international real estate regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Proven track record of successful property sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's real estate market
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid real estate license or certification
