📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with the last 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing HR teams and driving HR initiatives.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
