📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees,Assess training needs and design programs that align with organizational goals,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or training and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools is a plus
