You will monitor the performance of our livestream platforms, using tools like OBS Studio, Wirecast, and Restream, to ensure high-quality output. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and troubleshoot livestream broadcasts to ensure uninterrupted content delivery.
• Work with content creators to optimize livestream settings and performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any software or hardware issues.
• Use monitoring tools to track livestream metrics such as latency, bitrate, and viewer engagement.
• Provide technical support to viewers and presenters during live events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in livestream support or a similar technical role.
• Proficient in using livestream software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, and Restream.
• Strong understanding of video encoding, streaming protocols, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
