📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and record all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial records to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external audits.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in financial accounting or related field is a plus.
