As a PDI Supervisor, you will oversee the entire PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process, ensuring that every Xpeng EV is thoroughly inspected and meets the stringent quality standards set by Xpeng. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, quality inspectors, and logistics personnel, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire PDI process, ensuring all Xpeng EVs meet quality standards.
- Inspect vehicles for defects, damages, and compliance with Xpeng’s specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline the PDI process and reduce turnaround time.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, PDI, or a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Certification in ISO/TS 16949 or equivalent quality management systems.
- Proficient in using quality management software such as SAP QM, J.D. Power, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of automotive regulations and standards, including ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.1.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) technology and components is a plus.
