📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Support the production manager in planning and organizing production activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in the training and development of production team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
