📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily menu.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in cost control and menu development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Valid food handler's license is a plus.
