📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.,Prepare and present daily special dishes as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
