📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage sales transactions and ensure accurate recording of all sales data.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash registers and sales floors.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate department heads.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work in a team.
