📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and doneness.,Manage and supervise the work of kitchen staff.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist the Head Chef in special projects and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to travel for work if required.
