This role is crucial in supporting the Department Head in managing and leading the department, ensuring smooth operations and achieving departmental goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing the department, including planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all departmental tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and motivate the department team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental productivity and efficiency.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve common goals.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial management, ensuring financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or management position.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail operations and management principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
