📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives.,Support the Operational Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide operational support during projects and special events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
