Warung Kirana Digital is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. This is a full-time position located in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decor, food, and equipment.,Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure all event details are accurately executed.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet facilities after the event.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.,Handle any last-minute requests or changes from clients or event planners.,Promote a positive and professional environment for all guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic kitchen duties and food service is beneficial.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
