📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff,Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and improve recipes,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Handle any additional duties as required by the Head Chef

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisines,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Valid food handler's certificate
