📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
