📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and correctly.,Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.,Assist with cash handling and transaction processing.,Promote our menu items and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in F&B service or related roles is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology is preferred.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
