📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and staff.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of patient care and services.,Manage the financial performance of the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and the community.,Lead and mentor the management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.,Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software.
