📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the private equity market.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments.
• Support the development and implementation of investment strategies for portfolio companies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present investment reports, pitch books, and other relevant documents to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment with the overall investment strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the investment portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams and other key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
