Depot Vera Coffee is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee training and development programs,Lead HR initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HRIS and other HR software,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
