PT Lautan Galih is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in logistics who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics activities, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.,Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.,Monitor and report on key logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, inventory levels, and cost savings.,Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns related to logistics operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
