📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and staff.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital performance and patient outcomes.,Manage and supervise the hospital's administrative, clinical, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior managers to develop their skills and capabilities.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the hospital.,Represent the hospital in community and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare organizations.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
