📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
