📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage inventory levels, including stock-taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a focus on sales and customer service.,Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in the retail sector.,A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
