📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Monitoring and reporting on section performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.,Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that all company goals and objectives are met.,Participating in company meetings and events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other similar systems.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
