📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
