Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using Appian.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective process solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and best practices.
  • Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in business process automation.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Appian development.
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust business process solutions.
  • Proficiency in Appian's low-code development environment.
  • Experience in working with public sector clients and understanding their unique challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
