📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and analysis of structural elements for various types of infrastructure projects.Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Review and approval of structural drawings and calculations.Collaboration with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals to integrate structural solutions into overall project design.Conducting site inspections and providing technical advice to contractors and subcontractors.Preparation of technical reports and documentation for project delivery.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, codes, and standards.Mentoring and guiding junior engineers in the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, PBI).Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.🛠️ Keahlian
