Mart Zone Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Singkawang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to meet company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
