📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital content strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Work with graphic designers and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation and management.
• Proficient in using content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
