In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to implementing programs that enhance employee engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job postings and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and contribute to the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends to ensure our HR strategies are up-to-date and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven experience in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
