Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Track and manage IT inventory using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and other asset management systems.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and manage IT asset purchases.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and care of IT assets.
• Monitor and report on IT asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Work with the IT team to ensure IT assets are integrated and working effectively with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, with a strong background in asset tracking and inventory management.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and other asset management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve IT asset management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and negotiation is a plus.
