📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Assess training needs and design customized learning solutions for our employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of our teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Contribute to the development of our company's overall training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in instructional design or corporate training is a plus.
