📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control industrial processes using advanced process control systems such as SCADA and DCS.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and respond to process alarms and deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Document and report on process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide operational support and guidance to junior staff and new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial pellet manufacturing sector.
• Certification in process control systems such as SCADA, DCS, or PLC.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience with process monitoring and control software such as Wonderware, Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
